Polyester t-shirts are made mostly for sports, because this material is light and dries quickly, but for everyday t-shirts it is extremely uncomfortable and irritating to the skin. If you're an athlete, you might want to opt for some polyester/cotton blend.
Color. As we said above, the t-shirt is not only used for underwear, so the color is very important. If you are looking for universality and classics, then the white t-shirt is your choice. It will go well with all your clothes in the wardrobe. In the summer you will be cool with it and besides, it will not "absorb" very hot sun rays.
A black t-shirt is also a classic option. It can be combined with jeans, a jacket, pants and any shoes, but it is not good to wear it on sunny hot days, because the color attracts the sun like a magnet and so the heat will be felt even more.
